Let's Discuss Healthcare
On September 24, 2009, at 11:30 a.m. the LWVGB Meeting at the Homewood Library was on Health Care and featured Dr. Michael Morrisey, professor of health economics and health insurance in the Department of Health Care Organization and Policy at UAB. He discussed definitions that get thrown around concerning health care and explained various health insurance plans. This was an excellent meeting and good timing for what's happening in Congress.
