PROGRAM RECOMMENDATIONS
FROM THE STATE BOARD
FOR CONSIDERATION AT THE 2009 CONVENTION
The State Board recommends the following Program proposals for adoption
at Convention 2009.
STUDY:
Adoption of a New Study of Health Care
SUPPORT POSITIONS:
- Readoption
of All Existing Program Positions (including just adopted
positions on initiative and referendum and offsite voting),
with the exception of existing Program positions on Health Care and
Coastal Zone Managment which would be replaced with the attached
recommended revised or new position statements, IF ADOPTED.
If the proposed new Program position statements are not adopted, the
existing Program positions for Coastal Zone Management and Health Care
are recommended to BE READOPTED.

position statements adopted on February 21, 2009.
Program proposals
properly submitted to the State Board but not recommended by the Board
may be considered at Convention pursuant to the terms of Article XI,
Sec. 3 (d) of the bylaws.
