THE VOTER A Publication of The League of Women Voters of Greater Birmingham Published January 2007 Constitutional Reform The Birmingham Region of Alabama Citizens for Constitutional Reform will hold a membership meeting on Wednesday, February 28th.  The agenda includes a look back at ACCR’s accomplishments and outline plans for the upcoming Legislative Session.
